Character and Use:
EDW-100/200/300 is the water-soluble anti-bubbling agent, of which the modified polyorganosiloxane is the principal ingredient. The product is compounded with emulsifying agent, dispersing agent and stabilizing agent; and it is a biological inert anti-bubbling agent made with special techniques.
The characteristics are: quick bubble releasing, long-time foam suppressing, high efficiency, less amounts of dosage, safe, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant and no side-effect. The bubbles or foams accumulated in the fermentation can be quickly released as polyether; simultaneously the product is superior for its long-time foam suppressing, therefore the polyether is incapable to compare with it, thus the use amount of anti-bubbling agent decreases. The product has less toxicity than polyether, and it is non- bacteriostatic and doesn¡¯t affect the fermentation unit. The product is green and healthy.
EDW-471 is the newest-type water and oil dual purpose anti-bubbling agent for fermentation. The characteristics are: safe, non-toxic, physiological inertness, non-sterilization, no affection on
the microorganism growth, no influence on the abstraction and process of metabolite, quick bubble releasing, long-time foam suppressing, and suitable for the bubble releasing and foam suppressing in the zymotechnique of each kind of microorganisms. This product can replace the polyether and vegetable oil. It is 10 times the efficiency of polyether, and 100 times of vegetable oil.
EDW-500/500+ Oil-soluble anti-bubbling agent specially for fermentation. The characteristics are: safe, non-toxic, physiological inertness, non-sterilization, no affection on the microorganism growth, on influence on the abstraction & process of metabolite, quick bubble releasing, long-time foam suppressing, and suitable for the bubble releasing and foam suppressing in the zymotechnique of each kind of microorganisms. This product can replace the vegetable oil, and it is 50 times the efficiency of vegetable oil.
